Something I'm learning a lot here as part of the admin support staff and serving at ASC...
Something I had not learnt much and taken advantage of at my previous working place or at college...
Something I'd struggled and was in denial of since childhood...
Knowing how to balance between being independent, self-reliant, taking initiative and making my own decisions while knowing when to find counsel from my superiors, submitting to others' decision and authority, humbly acknowledging when I made a mistake...
There's that fine, invisible boundary line that I'd over-stepped countless times...unintentionally and also intentionally...but now, thankfully, I'm learning from those mistakes...
It's a steep learning curve though...
